This site can be used for free regardless of personal or business purposes.
When using the QRickit QR Code API there is a limit of 10,000 API (server) requests per day (per domain referrer, ip address, company). If you expect to have more than 10,000 API requests per day, please use the QRickit QR Code API available for free or paid subscription on RapidAPI.

This site may modify and improve its services without prior notice. Any significant changes will be announced at QRickit.com
- Service Stoppage/Interruptions

This site may not be available due to several reasons.
System maintenance and modifications.
In the event of a natural disaster, catastrophic event, fire, war, riot, unrest, labor dispute, or any other similar situation.
System problems and troubleshooting.
Power interruptions and black outs.
Internet server routing and connection problems.
Other operational and technical problems similar to above.
Reasons related to business operations.

This site generates QR Codes according to industry standards. However, the generated QR Codes are not guaranteed. QRickit and its owners, employees and investors are not responsibe for any damages or loss caused by using this site or the QR Codes generated on this site, regardless of the reason. It is the user's judgment as to whether or not the QR Code generated on this site is suitable for use.
- Use of Generated QR Codes

The QR Codes generated on this site are free to use and distribute except when used in the following cases:
Acts that violate the laws of Japan, Canada, USA and other countries.
Acting as an agent, operator or owner of this site (without permission) for non-profit, profit or commercial reasons.
Using the generated QR Codes to lead people to illegal sites, fraudulent sites, malware, spyware, etc.
Using the generated QR Codes to mislead people, violate rights and laws, or to conduct unethical activities.
- Altering Generated QR Codes

You may modify downloaded QR Codes freely (i.e. for purposes of printing, graphic design, marketing, etc.)

This site uses HTML5 and CSS3 standards, so it may not work with older browsers. In addition, it may not work on older mobile devices. If it does not work, please use the latest browser on your computer or smartphone. We use JavaScript so this site cannot be used in on devices where JavaScript is disabled or not allowed.
- Restriction of Use/Access

We may limit or restrict access to this site and services if there is an extremely large number of requests within a short period of time. "QR Code" is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Inc. (Japan). A license is not required to use or make QR Codes. However, if you use the words "QR Code" in your website or printed materials you must show the registered trademark symbol (R) beside "QR Code" or with words such as "QR Code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Inc."
